Pay Transparency
- The annual base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $200,000, with equity and benefits

Qualification
- 5–10+ years of experience in commercial P&C insurance, preferably in underwriting, claims, operations, or consulting roles.
- Deep understanding of insurance workflows, systems, regulatory considerations, and customer pain points.
- Ability to translate real-world insurance processes into structured insights to inform product and AI model development.
- Comfortable collaborating with technical teams to define, evaluate, and improve product capabilities.
- Clear, concise communicator with strong analytical instincts and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to contribute hands-on to grading outputs or validating model performance.
